We have a client that had Office and a Volume Licensed Visio on their computers. We found that we could not install Office from O while Visio was installed. We were then forced to re-install Visio using Office Deployment tool. It was successful and our project manager considered it done.

We then find that Visio installed, but it did not activate. I was able to remote into a laptop and confirm that the key works. I can use a remote command line via our RMM. I tried cscript ospp. It looks like it processes, but it does not activate. I suspect it is trying to apply it to the Office product and not the Visio product.

Confirm that it is good now. At the time we did not know who the Volume Licensing Admin was. I am looking for a way to activate the license using command line so we can send it out via Remote Management. This topic has been locked by an administrator and is no longer open for commenting.
